Taisuke Ito is an Economic Affairs Officer, in the Division on International Trade in Goods and Services, and Commodities, UNCTAD Secretariat, Geneva. He joined UNCTAD in 1999 and has been involved in policy analysis and technical assistance activities in support of developing countries' participation in multilateral and regional trade negotiations. His areas of work include systemic issues, regional trade agreements and WTO rules on RTAs. He holds a Masters' Degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva.
