Martine Julsaint Kidane after receiving a Masters degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, Martine JULSAINT KIDANE joined the South Centre in 2001 as Project Officer on Trade in Services under the organization’s Trade and Development Programme. She enrolled in the programme on International Trade Regulation of the World Trade Institute in Bern in September 2003. Upon successful completion of the curriculum, Ms. JULSAINT KIDANE joined UNCTAD at the end of 2004 to work for the Trade Negotiations and Commercial Diplomacy Branch (TNCDB), where she currently holds the position of Economic Affairs Officers.
