Marcelle Franco Espíndola Barros is a Brazilian lawyer, who focuses her practice in the field of intellectual property and international trade law. She is enrolled in a master (level 2) in Economic Law in the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR), Brazil, where her dissertation concerns the interection between competition and intellectual property. She holds a master's degree on international trade law and dispute resolution from the University of Turin, Italy and a post-graduate degree on intellectual property from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). Ms. Espíndola Barros has worked for an American law firm as well as for top law firms in the field of intellectual property law, experiences that enhanced her ability to  manage complex cases and international clients. She is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association and a member of the Swiss Institut of Comparative Law (ISDC).
