Graham joined the Law School at Leeds in 2007. His is currently Director of the LLM in Intellectual Property Law, which was launched in 2009. He teaches such subjects as patent law; copyright law; science, morality and patenting life; health, food and biotechnology; intellectual property management; and traditional knowledge and cultural expressions.
His positions outside Leeds include Research Affiliate of the Intellectual Property Law and Technology Program at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Toronto (www.iposgoode.ca/). His is also an Adjunct Professor at the Center for Studies of Intellectual Property Rights at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Wuhan, China. He is a member of the IPBio Network (www.ipbio.org) based at Leeds and is on the Scientific Advisory Board of a Canadian synthetic biology project called PhytoMetaSyn (www.phytometasyn.org) .
