Alicia Frohmann is a trade policy and export promotion expert, with experience both as a policymaker in Chile and as consultant to developing countries. She was Technical Coordinator of Chile’s free trade negotiations with the US, and Director of ProChile, Chile’s international trade promotion network. She has advised several Latin American governments, as well as the UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), on issues related to trade policy, export promotion and sustainable development issues, with a focus on gender-specific trade policies.
