
Adriana Erthal Abdenur
Adriana Erthal Abdenur (Ph.D. Princeton, A.B. Harvard) is a professor at the Institute of International Relations of the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-Rio) and a researcher at the BRICS Policy Center, both in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Her research, teaching and publications focus on rising powers, including the BRICS; international development, especially South-South cooperation; and international security. Recent publications include articles and policy briefs in the Third World Quarterly, CIDOB Cahier d'Afers Internacionals, the Woodrow Wilson Center, Africa Review, NOREF, the South African Institute of International Affairs, and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung.
